Tabata Trek combines intensity intervals of cardio and strength for a workout that will challenge every cell in your body. Tabata is a training protocol that requires all out effort and then complete rest. The intensity bouts only last 20 seconds but these 20 seconds will be the hardest effort you can muster. One Tabata session lasts for 4 minutes 20 work/ 10 rest = 8 cycles. You will be one the bike for the cardio intervals and off the bike for strength intervals.
